Advanced Interconnections now has a supplier-approved Technology Export Control Plan (T/ECP) in place to sell to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) registered companies. As a component supplier to ITAR registered companies, we have successfully demonstrated our ability to keep their company names, sensitive product documents, and order details secure from unauthorized individuals. Our employees have been trained in the ITAR procedures and provisions are place for secure transmittal and storage of both digital and hard copies of drawings, correspondence, etc. In accordance with the U.S. Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR), a T/ECP is required to prevent unauthorized exportation of protected items or products, information, or technology deemed to be sensitive to national security or economic interests. A copy of our Technology Export Control Plan, which outlines the procedures to be taken to handle and safeguard any export-controlled Information, is available upon request from our Sales Department. |
